I'm a bit of a to-do list junkie... I love writing everything down and ticking off the little boxes when I'm done! I don't know why but it gives me a sense of satisfaction. Even though a to-do list is okay just being written without much thought to the method, you can improve the way you write to-do lists to make them more efficient and make you more productive, and today I'm going to share three ways that I use to make my to-do lists awesome!
The new year period has had me thinking a lot about how I can try to be more joyful in 2018. My 2017 was a huge rollercoaster of emotions and I definitely want to make sure my 2018 is filled with more highs than lows. Since one of my goals for this year is to be more present, I figured that cultivating joy (specifically in the small things) would be one step towards this.
More often than not, a lot of us find ourselves going through the day bored out of our minds or refreshing the same 3 apps expecting something new and exciting to happen in the space of 20 seconds. If you find yourself in this position, it can be very tempting to remain there with your phone in one hand and the TV remote in the other (guilty!). Today, I'm going to share with you some productive tasks to accomplish when you seemingly have nothing to do.

I love coming across a YouTuber that I’ve never heard of before, and not long later, I’ve watched 10 of their videos and don’t plan on stopping! Some of the YouTubers I’ve got here today are people I’ve either been watching for a while or I’ve discovered them within the last few months, and I want to share how they’ve helped me with organisation, personal growth and mindfulness.
It’s all fine and well making goals or resolutions for the new year, but what use are they if we don’t actually keep them? I love setting goals for the new year because a brand new year is a chance to try and achieve new things or work on previous goals from the year before. Today, I have some tips that I’m gonna share to help you achieve your goals for 2018!
Hi everyone! I was nominated for the Sunshine Blogger Award, and when I got the notification on Twitter, my mood instantly skyrocketed! I was nominated by the lovely Stephanie from Writing From The Heart, and I just wanna say a massive thank you! Definitely go check out her blog when you're done with this post!
Lists, lists, and more lists! I love them! I write a list for literally everything, and if you're anything like me, you'll find that they just organise your thoughts better and keep you in check. Sometimes, we have "one of those days" where we don't feel like doing anything productive and we just decide to remain in that state. However, I have 10 lists here that are gonna help you out when you feel stuck or in a rut and need some positive motivation to get you going.
As I said in my New Year's Goals, I am trying to clean up my diet and get healthier! I’ve been reading about detoxes and all the different products you can buy to help detox your body, but I think going about it naturally is the best way! So, I have 5 ways to detox your body naturally that you can start doing right now!
Hello lovelies! Today I have a post with organisational tips for any current or future A-Level students out there! I finished my A-Levels in 2016 (seems like a world away now!) and those 2 short years go by so fast! It's important to get good revision and organisational practises down as early on as possible. Any friend of mine will tell you that I was pretty organised back in sixth form and I want to share my tips with you today!
Hello everyone! Today, I am going to be sharing 12 positive affirmations that you can use at any point during the year in order to give you a boost of positivity or inspiration. I have wanted to start using affirmations for the longest time, and now with the new year, I'm gonna start saying these to myself daily so I can work on inviting more positivity into my life.
I don't know about you, but my 2017 was so crazy emotional and it was such a rollercoaster that I'm ready to move on and welcome the new year. That being said, I learned a lot of new life lessons this year that I wanna share with you! I think looking back on your year to see how far you've come is a great positivity booster and can make you feel really good about yourself, so let's move onto the post!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Another year, another chance to try and work towards some new goals! I feel as though I learnt a lot in 2017; it was definitely a rollercoaster of a year with certain highlights and some real lows. But the beauty of entering another year is having the chance to move on from the previous year and look forward!
