The feeling that you don't have enough time to do the things you want to can be so overwhelming that you don't even get to finish the things you wanted to because you're too busy worrying if you have enough time to get them done! (What a mouthful!). It's something that everyone goes through and it really sucks!

How amazing is it that with the rise of social media, instead of us feeling like we're more connected to our friends and loved ones, we instead feel more disconnected and apart? I find it strange that with apps like Snapchat and Instagram, we can log on and begin experiencing loneliness when those apps are designed to make us feel the opposite.
This year, one of the goals I have set for myself is to get more healthy. Since January, I've been researching and looking up steps I should take to get to where I want to be. It's now February, so I thought I would share the must-have items I've acquired and fallen in love with!
